Information on Admission to K1 Classes in the 2025/26 School Year

Return of Application Forms (No set quota for the Nursery):

1. Time: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays)

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Saturdays)

2. Return method: Submit the application form in person [together with the documents required]

Including : 1. Photocopy of applicant’s passport or birth certificate

2. One photocopy of immunization record by Department of Health

3. Parent/ Guardian’s Identity Card and Identity Card photocopy

4. One recent passport size photo of student

5. Four stamped addressed envelopes

3. Application fee : HK$40 (to be collected together with the application form).

The application fee is non-returnable whether the application is successful or not.

Application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

Education Bureau (EDB) will implement the Free Quality Kindergarten Education policy starting from the 2017/18 school year to replace the existing “Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme”. Under the new Scheme, EDB will use the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” as the document for registration in the 2025/26 school year.
Parents are required to submit an application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred as “2025/26 RC”) to EDB from September to November 2024. The “2025/26 RC” will be open for applications in September 2024 and EDB will announce and upload the details of application onto EDB’s website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/edu-system/preprimary-kindergarten/kindergarten-k1-admission-arrangements/index-2526.html) in due course.

Interview Arrangements

1. The Nursery will arrange interview for all applicants

2. Interviews will be conducted on 9 November 2024

3. Group and/or individual interviews will be arranged

4. Parents should accompany their child for the interview

Arrangement for admission application and interview for Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS) Children:

We provide both Chinese and English versions of application forms, relevant information and school website to facilitate parents’ access to the English version of information. We also provide following assistance to the parents,

1. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary.

2. We allow parents to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/ friend during interview to facilitate communication.

Announcement of Admission Results

We will inform parents of the K1 admission results before 30 November 2024 by post.

Registration Arrangements

Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 2 to 4 January 2025 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the original of the “2025/26 RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
Applicants on the waiting list: We will inform parents of results by post. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the “2025/26 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “2025/26 RC” during registration, the nursery may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
The registration fee for 2025/26 K1 Morning Session is HK$900 / Whole-day Session is HK$1500. If the child study in our school, the registration fee will refund before October. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the nursery in writing. The nursery will return the “2025/26 RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2025/26 RC”, the nursery will no longer keep the school place for the child.
